Apple’s iPhone fans cannot wait for the new iPhone to release, as according to many informants it is going to be an extraordinary event. Rumor has it, that Apple is going to bring a lot of positive changes to the new iPhone and that is why the diehard Apple fans are waiting impatiently for it to release. They have not yet announced whether the new iPhone will be named iPhone 7s or iPhone 8.
Regardless of the actual name Apple decide on, rumours are coming fast, with a curved OLED display one of the latest for the next gen iPhone.
The reason why so much hype is created because Apple will be using OLED panels inside the new iPhone. By doing so the new iPhone would look totally different from its predecessors. You might see a curved display on the new handset or maybe 4k panels and all-touch fronts. According to the current Apple’s chief design officer, Jony Ive, the new iPhone will be just like what he has been imagining about the phone from the beginning.
It seems like that the iPhone 7 is kept mediocre on purpose as they have been saving all the good stuff for the new iPhone because Apple would be celebrating its 10th birthday. So of course they would want to surprise people with great features in the new iPhone.
Apple will be introducing new flagship specs in 2017. They would definitely enhance their technology for both the Plus model and the regular model. You might see dual-lens camera and a better display resolution in the new Apple handsets.
According to another bruit, Apple would be removing the Home key from their new phones. This gossip has been heard since many years but now that they will be using OLED display, it is quite possible for this rumor to become reality. The question is would they be offering this feature for all their handsets or just the few specific ones?
There are many different rumors about the name of the new iPhone as well. Some people think that the new iPhone would be called iPhone X as it represents the number 10 in Roman numbers and it would be released on its 10th anniversary. Some people say it would be either named iPhone 7s or iPhone 8. We know that drastic changes were made with the release of iPhone 4, iPhone 5 and iPhone 6. This tradition went down the hill with the release of iPhone 7 as there were no major changes made. The S updates are usually incremental updates and these updates do not come with forceful changes. So we are still guessing what would be the new iPhone called.
