Your brain is the most powerful body organ. It can do anything: to give you a proper push for your personal development, to create a working atmosphere, to wake up your cleverness and inspiration. However, in most cases, we do not use all resources of our brains. We enjoy what we have: a mediocre cleverness, mediocre learning capabilities, mediocre striving for better results. In our everyday life, we use only 10% of what we can really do. But you should not limit yourself to 10%. You are capable of more, and you just need to wake up remaining 90%.
We all know that a brain is not a subtle substance, it is a muscle. It means, that you can make it stronger, thus develop your brain capacity. Regular exercises make you strong if you implement them regularly and do that properly. There are 10 effective ways that can help you make your brain stronger and develop your strengths.
1. Open yourself to new
The best way to wake up your mind is to start doing something new. It stimulates the brain activity effectively and makes you see new perspectives. Being children, we learn something new every day. As adults, we prefer to repeat one the same actions every day. We even do not want to change our way to home, as we have got used to the way we have been using for years.
2. Add physical exercises
The correlation between our body functioning and our brain functioning is very close. Brain affects the body, and the body affects the brain. Regular physical exercises enhance the way our bodies function. When you are physically active, you wake up your brain cells and become more intelligent. Another positive impact of exercises is that your blood starts to run in your blood veins quicker carrying all necessary elements in your brain.
3. Work on your memory
We frequently complain that we have a bad memory. Yet we do not put some efforts to improve it. Making your memory better, you train your brain and reveal new capacities. For a sufficient life, you need a proper sleep. 7 or 8 hours daily is enough to keep a sustainable brain activity. Additionally, you may take naps during a daytime. Why do we need to sleep more than 7 hours, even if we feel quite comfortable with 5 hours sleep? The matter is that when we are sleeping, we firm up the information and memories. Besides, a full night’s sleep helps retain the energy that we have lost during the previous day.
7. Visualization
Our brain has got used to thinking by words. It is quite comfortable: you do not need to force yourself. But if you want to activate your brain, you need to change the way you think. Thinking by images and visualization changes your brain impulses.
8. Read consciously
Those who read are blessed. Reading helps perceive the information that is presented in a writing form. No matter what you read, you have various advantages:

Of course, to get all the benefits from reading, you need to read consciously. When you read, do not just look at the words, but practice your visualization abilities. Try to analyze every paragraph, read critical literature, and build your own comprehension of the world.

Well, this is not the most common way to improve your brain activity thus it has multiple advantages. When you play blackjack, you need to activate your attention, count cards and do that quickly. For an inexperienced player, this is almost impossible. However, when you play regularly, your abilities to focus and evaluate a current situation.
10. Become a tutor
If you want to enhance all your personal skills, develop your intelligence and make your brain work more effectively practice tutoring. When you prepare for the lesson, you need to learn all possible information to be able to answer the questions. During the lesson, you need to be focused on the process of presenting information and analyzing the results of your student. You need to develop your abilities to explain information and define the most important points.
