- Automation Economist—These professionals will evaluate cost of poor machine performance
- Automation Ethicist – These professionals will evaluate non-economic impact of smart machines.

- Voice of the customer (VoC) Analyst – These professionals analyze to-and-from customer communication and identify insights. They analyze customer communication to answer business questions as they arise.
- Imagery Analyst – Responsible for collecting images and labelling them according to pre-defined descriptions.
- Interactive Chatbot Designer – Responsible for creating interactive chat scripts for high-end-consumer products.
